Mental Health Services

Target’s Mental Health Project delivers support and accommodation to promote mental health recovery and growth towards independence. They provide both long term and short term accommodation in either shared houses or one bedroom flats that are fully furnished. Service users are supported to maintain their tenancy and to develop independent living skills.

To be eligible for this project, you must have either a mental health condition or a learning disability. You must have either an SDS budget in place or have eligible social care needs in order to obtain an SDS budget.

They accept referrals from health and social care professionals, other support or accommodation agencies and self referrals. The referral form can be found on their website.
