Light Peer Support is a charity supporting emotional wellbeing and mental health of mums and their families in Sheffield and beyond. They provide pre and post natal support and can therefore provide support during pregnancy, birth and afterwards. They offer one to one support, telephone and email support, an online community and counselling.
