SANE is a national charity, established in 1986 to improve the quality of life for people affected by mental illness. They provide emotional support via text and an online forum. Alongside this, they take part in research, campaigning, and advocacy.
Textcare is a text-messaging service which allows you to get support via text at times to suit you. Please note that this is not a crisis service.
An online support forum is available to share experiences and get mutual support with other members and can be accessed at anytime.
