SAGE runs gardening, arts and related activities for adults experiencing mental health issues. They can offer support for those who may be living with a mental health condition ranging from mild to severe. These may also include (but are not limited to) diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, panic attacks and PTSD. SAGE can also accommodate adults who have a dual diagnosis of a learning disability and/or physical disability.
You can also keep track of any specific events here. SAGE also provide plenty of volunteering opportunities.
People are usually referred by their GP, Community Mental Health Team, social worker or other health professional, but self-referrals are also accepted. Contact the office for a referral form.
