No Panic Sheffield offers a number of self-help support groups that meet regularly in the Sheffield area.  Based on CBT techniques and peer support, the groups aim to help people find ways of managing their anxiety and to recover from social anxiety, panic attacks, general anxiety disorder, OCD, phobias, agoraphobia and PTSD. Those with depression and low mood are also welcome to come.

New members who are looking to recover from anxiety and share their experiences with others with similar conditions are welcome; family members and carers can also attend. The groups are free (a small donation is welcome to help cover running costs of renting a room).

Trained volunteer facilitators run the groups.  They usually meet weekly on Wednesday evenings (6.30 – 8.30pm) and Thursday mornings (10am – 12noon) at the Quaker Meeting House in Sheffield city centre. Please visit the website to check dates of groups and events.
