Green Estate is a not-for-profit social enterprise company based at Sheffield Manor Lodge. They cater for people with learning disabilities; mental health issues, physical impairments and/or sensory impairments, long term health conditions and people on the autistic spectrum.

Green Estate offers work experience and social activities for people who have Individual Budgets. They currently run a programme at Manor Oaks Farm which runs 50 weeks of the year. This programme aims to increase confidence, ensure ownership of areas of work, develop life skills, expand personal horizons & friendships and the chance to learn and gain work experience. As part of this programme, Green Estate also offer an award scheme for service users.

Green Estate have also managed the redevelopment of Sheffield Manor Lodge and manage the Discovery Centre. The Discovery Centre has a purpose built education and visitors centre containing a community archive, resource library and texts related to the estate. There is also an on site cafe and both the Discovery Centre and the Turret House are available for hire for meetings and events.  More information about the Discovery Centre can be found on the Manor Lodge website which also features further events and volunteer opportunities.
