Carmel Care Centre is part of the Catholic Diocese of Hallam Caring Service, a registered charity. It is designed for those who are experiencing loneliness, addiction, and social isolation. The centre also provides group support based on the 12-step programme for people who are worried about their drinking habits.
Individual therapy is available by appointment only.
Carmel Care Centre offer drop-in facilities providing light refreshments, social interaction and various activities for people experiencing isolation and loneliness. These groups include art, music and craft activities.
The service operates on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The addiction group is on Thursdays from 10am-12pm.
