Key Information
- In person & remote
The Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care Department at SHSC facilitates a support group for carers of people who have experienced mental health difficulties. It is not a religious group in any way. It’s simply a safe, relaxed space where you can talk with others in a similar position and receive support and care.
Refreshments are provided.
The group runs from 2 – 4pm on the first Wednesday of every month in the chapel at the Michael Carlisle Centre.
Coronavirus update: At present the group is not running. They are happy to speak to carers of people being supported by SHSC individually over the phone. You can call 0114 271 8022 or email chaplains@shsc.mhs.uk
