Care Opinion is an online resource where individuals can share their experience or give feedback of health and care services to help make them better for everyone.
Care Opinion is an independent organisation and patients, service users, and carers can share their feedback anonymously about the service they have used. Care Opinion will then publish their story (after moderation) on the website. The service is then able to respond to the author of the story if any learning or changes have been made in response to their feedback.
All of the published stories are available on the website to read.
