Anxiety UK is a user-led organisation working to relieve and support those living with anxiety based depression. It provides information, resources, support and understanding through a wide range of services, including access to 1:1 therapy. They also work regularly with external agencies and healthcare professionals to improve services for those living with anxiety and anxiety based depression as well as campaigning to raise awareness of these conditions.
Anxiety UK can provide support and help if you have been diagnosed with, or suspect you may have, an anxiety disorder or phobias. This includes (but is not limited to), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and panic attacks.
They have an annual membership scheme which gives a member a subscription to Headspace, access to reduced cost therapy, subscription to Anxious Times magazine and access to the member’s area and free online resources.
