The Teenage Youth Club run by Asperger’s Children and Carers Together (ACCT) usually takes place weekly on Wednesdays at St Mary’s Church Community Centre on Bramall Lane (see ACCT website for exceptions).
This is for teenagers with Asperger’s syndrome and High Functioning Autism. Activities include arts and crafts and a computer suite. The aim is for the teenagers to have fun, chill out and make new friends. Trips out will be organised when funding is available and ACCT has details of medical and other needs of teenage members to ensure their safety.
Pre-booking is essential as places are limited.
To book a place call or text Nicola on 07527 824034 or email nicola.hough@acctsheffield.org.uk
They have a waiting list should the clubs be full.
