This free four week programme, run by SAGE Greenfingers, is for people over 50 looking to get some practical training and support in gardening.
You will learn how to plan, sow, cut and grow in a friendly environment.  They have a warm inside space as well as access to their greenhouse, poly-tunnel and the allotment itself.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of your gardening ability or your personal circumstances.
The club is running on Friday 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th October, from 1.00-3.00pm.
SAGE promote the mental and physical well-being of any adults experiencing mental health problems via the provision of creative therapeutic activities.
