The Good Grief Trust provides support and advice to anyone who has lost someone they love.

On their website you’ll find stories from others who have had a similar loss, practical and emotional support and signposting to get immediate and tailored support. They provide dedicated and specialist advice for anyone who has lost a parent, child, partner, sibling or friend.

If you are newly bereaved you can find practical tips and help here.

The Good Grief Trust also provide an interactive UK map so you can find your nearest support organisation.

They also provide a things to consider page with up to date information which could help you if you are grieving currently.

The Good Grief Trust are currently offering the national Covid-19 Bereavement Helpline that runs between 8am-8pm. Call 0800 2600 400 to speak to someone.
