Pathway to Success is a free programme managed by Sheffield City Council and Reach South Sheffield.

The programme aims to support adults who are unemployed or economically inactive progress towards, if not into, work.

Pathways to Success can help with:

  1. Employment Support: Help with CV building, job searching, job applications, developing interview skills and building confidence. The project will also be supported by Sheffield City Council’s (SCC) job broker service which will source job vacancies and facilitate work trials leading to employment.
  2. Access to Training: Get connected with range of training providers, such as Sheffield College, Portland Training and training provision offered by SCC’s job brokers.
  3. Access to Education: Get involved in educational courses provided by Reach and external organisations such as Sheffield College.
  4. Access to Voluntary work: Get connected with internal volunteering opportunities within Reach, as well as external organisations such as VAS, TimeBuilders and the Volunteer Centre.
  5. Financial Support: Advice and help with debt and benefits.

Pathways to Success also have wraparound services in order to provide service users with additional and holistic support including a large focus on behavioural change programmes. You can find out more about these services here.
