CODA (Co-dependents Anonymous) is a 12 step fellowship designed to support anyone who is struggling with dependency, boundary issues and unhealthy relationships. The common purpose of all CODA groups is to develop healthy and sustainable relationships. For more information about what co-dependency is, the CODA website has lots of useful resources.

There currently is no CODA meeting in Sheffield however, like other 12 step groups, CODA does offer online and telephone meetings.
