Cycling 4 All run friendly and inclusive cycling sessions using adapted trikes designed for disabled people or people with long term mental or physical health conditions.  Sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10am-12.30pm and 1pm-3pm. The cost is £4 for riders and free for carers.

Their cycling sessions take place in Hillsborough Park. You can explore the park on one of our special trikes, practice your cycling on the flat ballcourts where they run their sessions from. Or just come along and socialise with all the other people who are there.

There are usually half a dozen volunteers or session workers at each session to meet and greet and get you sorted with one of their trikes. As well as cycling, its a place to come along and have a chat and a cup of tea if you want – they can provide both. If you really enjoy it and want to get more involved then there are volunteering opportunities with them to help others enjoy a safe and sociable time. They have lots of different trikes to chose from, including tandems, hand-powered trikes and wheelchair carrying trikes – no matter what your physical capabilities they aim to have a trike for you to go on.

There should be no need to book, though at busy times you may need to wait a short while for a particular bike to become available. If you require a specific bike at a specific time, please contact them in advance to let them know.

Sometimes they need to cancel sessions due to bad weather so please check their website if the weather is looking bad to see that the session is running.
